Are you wanting to get involved with the CanadiEM team? You’re in luck! We are looking for interested medical students, residents, and staff doctors for our Podcast team! We are recruiting for interested podcasters to help interview guests, create content, and edit podcasts related to clinical and medical education. This volunteer position allows for the opportunity to get involved in the wonderful world of FOAMed, meet healthcare professionals from across Canada, and improve your podcasting skills. There is no experience needed for this opportunity! All volunteers will receive training once the team members are finalized.

Kevin Junghwan Dong

Kevin Dong is an Emergency Medicine physician in Hamilton, Ontario. His interests include medical education, mentorship, and producing video/podcasts. He completed the Digital Scholar Fellowship in 2019 and he is currently the CanadiEM Director of Multimedia.

Kara Tastad

Kara Tastad an Emergency Medicine Resident at the University of Toronto. She is a Graphic Design Lead for CanadiEM. Outside of medicine, you are likely to find her traveling, swimming, painting, or baking.
