CanadiEM’s Junior Editor program provides interested trainees with an opportunity to learn to write, edit content, and manage a Free Open Access Medical education website. While the skillsets of the Junior Editors are relatively unique, they all learn to use WordPress, edit posts, and optimize posts for search engines. Some also contribute to the social media promotion of CanadiEM, edit podcasts, and create infographics. There is a call for applications posted on CanadiEM each June.
